A long-distance fee is added to a final price of a ride if the distance is longer than a certain distance. The fee is added to a rate for each additional kilometre and is included in the estimated price.

If you don't have a toll road sticker and the rider asks to drive through a toll road, such costs should be discussed with the rider during the ride.

A cross-border fee of 12 EUR is automatically included in the final price if the order is requested outside of Slovakia.

Riders are not required to pay any additional fees that are not included in the final price of their ride.

If you think that the additional fee was not added to the final price, please report an issue with a price before finishing the ride in the app.
