I have issues with a Bolt Send order in Slovakia

If the recipient doesn’t show up:

  • Try to contact the recipient via a phone number provided by the sender, i.e. user who requested the ride
  • If you can’t reach them and the recipient doesn’t show up within 5 minutes (or the time you agreed upon with the sender), you can leave the drop-off location
  • If the parcel can’t be delivered to the recipient, please take it to your fleet warehouse instead
  • Before leaving the drop-off location, inform our Support team about the situation and the parcel’s future location.
