Bolt Send; Same-day parcel delivery is now available

Bolt Send has officially launched, providing same-day delivery on small-sized parcels. Deliveries will be made exclusively by fuel-efficient Bajaj Qute vehicles in and around Johannesburg’s northern suburbs only. 

How to use Bolt Send

1. Open the Bolt app;
2. Enter pickup location and destination;
3. Select the Bolt Send vehicle category;
4. Confirm trip;
5. Meet the driver outside and hand over the parcel;
6. Share trip details with the receiver so they can track the trip and meet the driver.

Whether it’s left-behind items, gifts, or purchased goods, send parcels conveniently via the Bolt app, and you and the receiver can track the delivery in real time.

Please note that parcels must be 60x40x40 cm or smaller and have a value of R1500 or less. Bolt doesn’t provide insurance coverage for package loss, damage, or theft.
