It’s been 10 years since we started our journey in the ride-hailing industry and it’s been an incredible one. With over 40,000 driver partners in 23 cities across the country.
Our commitment to providing safe and reliable transport services has allowed us to become the go-to option for millions of customers.
Since launching in Johannesburg in 2016, Bolt has leveraged its footprint and spread beyond ride-hailing, partnering with restaurants to launch Bolt Food in Cape Town and Johannesburg in 2021.
Taking things to the next level, and working hard to ensure customers get delicious meals delivered to their doorsteps.
This year in 2023 Bolt launched a six-month-long internship termed, Outternship to offer six selected female candidates an opportunity to kickstart their career in an exciting role, as a commitment to drive more participation and inclusion for women in technology.
