About the role

Your daily adventures will include:

  • Perform monthly consolidation including reviewing intercompany balances and support accounting with nettings, repayments.
  • Ensure that all Group balances are accurately reconciled and agreed on a periodic basis.
  • Plan and coordinate month close processes with internal stakeholders and year-end with external auditors.
  • Ensure key balance sheet accounts are reconciled timely and accurately at consolidated level.
  • Support changes of Group structure in the consolidation system.
  • Support the Group’s financial statements within the reporting deadlines and be part of the review of financial reporting.
  • Support the preparation and maintain support for all areas of our external reporting process, including the Statement of Cash Flows, Statement of Stockholders’ Equity, and Share-Based Compensation.
  • Assist in the implementation of significant new accounting pronouncements, including ongoing communication with other company departments.
  • Assist with corporate or technical accounting topics (for e.g. quarter or year-end close adjustments) as needed.
  • Partner with external auditors on business transactions to ensure accounting issues are properly concluded.
  • Develop formal Group-wide accounting policies to ensure alignment with business and relevant accounting guidance Work directly with, accounting, Group’s investor relations, Group’s planning and analysis, treasury and tax

About you:

  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA, CPA, ACA certification preferred.
  • Minimum 4+ years of consolidation and reporting experience.
  • Preferably Big 4 experience.
  • Technical expertise is a must (IFRS).
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments across the organization.
  • International experience is a strong plus.
  • Technology-savvy with proficiency in accounting and reporting software.
  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making.
  • High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance.
  • Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success.
  • Based or ready to relocate to Tallinn, Estonia where the HQ is located.
