About the role

Your daily adventures will include:

  • Manage the full life cycle of payroll for assigned countries, including processing salaries, deductions, and taxes.
  • Assist with internal and external audits and provide timely and accurate data as needed.
  • Monitor and ensure local payroll processes meet legal compliance and company policies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries and manage the team inbox.
  • Maintain accurate and complete payroll documentation and transaction records.
  • Prepare and submit reports to relevant authorities, including the Estonian Social Insurance Fund, Estonian Statistics Department, and Estonian Tax Department.
  • Manage paid and unpaid leave requests (sick leave, study leave, etc.) within our HR system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to collect and interpret data for payroll processing.

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations in Estonia and/or Romania (depending on location).
  • Experience working with payroll software, preferably Immedis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Positive "can-do" attitude with excellent prioritization and organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
