Regional Payroll Analyst

About the role
Your daily adventures will include:
- Manage the full life cycle of payroll for assigned countries, including processing salaries, deductions, and taxes.
- Assist with internal and external audits and provide timely and accurate data as needed.
- Monitor and ensure local payroll processes meet legal compliance and company policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries and manage the team inbox.
- Maintain accurate and complete payroll documentation and transaction records.
- Prepare and submit reports to relevant authorities, including the Estonian Social Insurance Fund, Estonian Statistics Department, and Estonian Tax Department.
- Manage paid and unpaid leave requests (sick leave, study leave, etc.) within our HR system.
- Collaborate with other teams to collect and interpret data for payroll processing.
About you:
- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing.
- Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations in Estonia and/or Romania (depending on location).
- Experience working with payroll software, preferably Immedis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Positive "can-do" attitude with excellent prioritization and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
