Every day, tens of millions of people use Bolt to move around, and millions of drivers earn an income on their terms. Our Rides team makes this possible. The Rides division currently consists of more than 700 brilliant minds across Europe and Africa. We work closely with various HQ divisions to improve service availability, onboard new drivers, build brand loyalty, and drive revenue.
Our teams
The team’s key objective is to grow the Rides business in the cities we operate in, expand to new cities, and remain efficient. Every day, the Local Operations team ensures that our customers receive the value proposition of price, availability, and reliability and that earnings remain competitive for drivers.
The Central Operations team supports local operations teams, ensuring that the marketplace runs efficiently. We’re responsible for reviewing and optimising existing operational processes, implementing best practices, running pilots, and centrally managing tools used by local operations.
