Bolt Driver Registration – Paraguay

Completing your driver's record has never been easier! Please note the following before you begin registration.

Make sure all your documents are valid and up-to-date before beginning the registration process.

Your profile photo must clearly show your face without obstructions. Avoid hats, hoods, or sunglasses, and use a uniform background. If you don't have a suitable photo, ask someone to take one for you using your mobile phone.

Take photos of both the front and back of your driver’s license. You can obtain your license at your local municipality. The process is quick and costs around 240,000 PYG.

or private drivers, ensure your policy allows ride-hailing. Take a photo showing the license plate, validity, and coverage. Third-party and passenger insurance are recommended (passenger insurance is mandatory). Policies are available at any trusted branch; costs vary.

Take a photo of the back of your Green Card, ensuring the vehicle information is clearly visible and the document is in good condition.

Obtain your judicial background check digitally via government platforms or at any collection center with your ID. The cost is approximately 40,000 PYG and the process takes just a few minutes.
