Welcome to our “Notices and Complaints” page where you can submit:

1. A notice regarding illegal content on Bolt’s Platforms (Bolt Food or ride-hailing);

2. A complaint regarding to the decision Bolt made in relation to the notice of illegal content you submitted to Bolt;

3. A complaint regarding to the decision Bolt made towards you as a business user, if the complaint relates to an issue named under section 2 of internal complaint-handling rules.

In order to help you out and find a solution for your concern, please choose which type of request you want to submit to us, whether “Notice regarding illegal content” or “Complaint”.

Under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (“DSA Regulation”) every Bolt Platform user and non-user may notify us about potential illegal content spotted on Bolt Platform (Bolt Food or ride-hailing). In order to make it easy for the notifier we have created a form which you can find below, so that nothing important gets lost. Please submit your notice by filling in the mandatory fields below. All data and documents you submit via this form will be processed by Bolt in accordance with the privacy notices made available on our website.
