As a Bolt user, you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, plus restrict or object to its processing.

You can use this form to submit requests regarding your personal data or contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO). If you have a Bolt account, you can also submit requests via the Help section of the Bolt app following these steps.

Here’s a closer look at your data subject rights:
  • Access right: access personal data kept by Bolt, including information about how your data is used.
  • Erasure right: request the deletion of your personal data from Bolt’s databases and systems.
  • Rectification right: request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data stored on Bolt’s systems.
  • Restrict processing right: restrict the processing of your data in specific situations, e.g., if you contest the accuracy of the data Bolt has about you.
  • Data portability right: request a copy of your personal data in a commonly used and machine-readable format so you can transfer it to another organisation.
  • Objection right: object to the processing of your personal data, including direct marketing and profiling, and automated decision-making (decisions made solely based on automated processing, including profiling, which significantly affects you).
