My account is suspended

Your account can be suspended for several reasons:

  • Behaviour complaints
  • Impersonating another courier
  • Sharing your account with another person
  • Incorrect pricing (collecting more money, reporting incorrect cash, etc.)
  • Selecting the incorrect vehicle mode
  • Low ratings
  • Low acceptance rate
  • Missing/expired documents
  • Irregular activities that go against our Terms and Conditions.

Note: The suspension reasons may vary depending on your market.
