Cancellation is free if you cancel within 2 hours of booking, or more than 48 hours before your rental starts. After that, the following fees apply:
- Less than 48 hours before start: 25% of the first monthly charge
- After the rental has started: 100% of the first monthly charge
To cancel, open your active booking in the app and select Cancel booking.
If you are cancelling after the rental starts, please contact customer support, as the cancellation option will no longer be available in the app. If something goes wrong at the vehicle handover and your booking is cancelled after it has already started, please contact customer support for assistance.
