You are responsible for any penalties incurred while the vehicle was in your care, including but not limited to:
- Speeding or other traffic violations
- Illegal parking or stopping
- Running a red light
- Toll charges (e.g. Salik)
- Vehicle cleanliness or damage caused during the rental
- Black points that are added to a driver's license for serious traffic violations
- Any other fines issued by road or traffic authorities
