Before accepting an order, review the basket items and special requests. If you cannot complete the order, please cancel it.
To cancel the order:
- Tap Help
- Click the Cancel order option
- Choose the relevant reason and confirm
- If you select the Some items are out of stockoption, you will be asked to select which items are out of stock.
Once you accept the order, there is no option to cancel it in the app. Please request a callback for help.
