You have to check the customer’s ID when the order contains items that have an age restriction and the customer chose the pickup option. 

When the customer arrives at the restaurant, ask them to present their valid identification. Any government-issued forms of identification are acceptable.

Please check the document to verify that they are the legal age to consume alcohol. After confirming the customer’s age, finish the order in the app.

In case the customer refuses to show their ID or is not over 18 years old, do not give them the age-restricted item and contact Support immediately.
