FAQ

A: There is no separate sign-up process. If your vehicle belongs to the Comfort, Premium, or Van categories and is a 2018 model or newer, the Davos-Klosters region will automatically become visible and active in your Bolt Driver app starting January 15, 2026.

A: We cannot influence when or where riders book. High-demand periods usually coincide with the start and end of daily forum sessions. Ensure you are positioned near accessible pickup points outside the restricted security zones. We are crossing our fingers for your next order!

A: You can only receive Taxi orders in Davos if you are already eligible for Premium, Comfort, or Van categories. This ensures the high service quality required for the event.

A: While the general Davos area is accessible, the Security Zones (e.g., Congress Center, Belvedere, AlpenGold) require specific security badges. Obtaining these is the driver's responsibility. Please check the official Graubünden WEF site for application details. Head to this website to apply.
