You will see the time to arrive at the provider in the app before you accept the delivery. Please consider your location and any external factors before accepting the request. This includes known road works, traffic patterns, etc.

If you choose to accept the pickup, please arrive at the provider within the given ETA. If you expect to arrive at the provider with a delay, please notify Support through the app.
