Make sure the car is parked (P). Next, unlock it using the car key or the unlock button, even if you've already done so on the Bolt app.

Push the fuel flap from the outside and unscrew the fuel cap. Some vehicles have a lever between the driver's seat and the front door that must be pulled first to unlock the fuel flap.

If the fuel flap is damaged or does not open, please contact our Support team via the app.
