You can register as a fleet owner on the Bolt platform through https://fleets.bolt.eu/signupour Fleet Owner signup form. Once you have registered, send the following documents to germany-fleets@bolt.eu so we can verify your registration:
- Certificate of approval (Genehmigungsurkunde)
- Business registration or extract from the commercial register
- ID of a registered managing director
- Proof of billing details
- VAT number
- Commercial register/tax number
- Bank details
- Tax number.
Note: Please send the aforementioned documents to us as color photos. PDFs and scans are not accepted.
If we have not activated your company within 2 working days, please send an email to germany-fleets@bolt.eu with the details of your company.
