You are responsible for paying any parking tickets, penalties or speeding fines issued during your rental period.
If the authorities send us a fine or a ticket and we have identified you as the driver, we forward your information to the authorities. You will receive the evidence information from us via in-app notification and email, while the original copy will be sent to you by post by the authorities.
You have to pay the fine or the ticket directly to the authority. In addition, we will charge you a 30€ administration fee, which must be paid through the app.
Note:
If you receive a parking fine from the local Municipal Police and you wish to receive further information about it, check and use the contact information mentioned on the fine to get more information.
If a fine has been revoked, please contact support and provide proof from the authority.
