How to Apply for a Service Provider Card
Follow these steps to apply for your driver service provider card through the Consumer Protection & Technical Regulatory Authority.

Go to Consumer Protection & Technical Regulatory Authority Page;
Log in with your ID-card, Mobile-ID, or via Smart-ID;
Make sure you log in as a private person (you can see that in the upper right corner).

Choose “Submit an application for permit”.

Choose Transport;
Select Teenindajakaart;
Enter your data;
Press “Save” and then “Next step”.

Search for your driving licence number by clicking “Search from the traffic register”;
Choose the service area under “County” and “Local government”;
Tick the box “Yes” next to “Taxi transport via IÜT”;
Press “Save”;
Press “Next step”.

Press “Submit” to submit;
Check that the application has been successfully submitted, i.e. “The application was submitted successfully.”;
You will receive a confirmation about the application via e-mail;
You will need to pay the state fee as well (we recommend doing it right away).

How to Pay for the Service Provider Card
After submitting your application, pay the state fee to the correct local government. Processing takes up to 7 business days.

From the left menu, select “Oluline info”.

Find the right local government's bank details and pay the state fee;
The local government has 7 business days to process the application.
