How to Apply for the Vehicle Card

Follow these steps to apply for your vehicle card through the Consumer Protection & Technical Regulatory Authority:

Go to Consumer Protection & Technical Regulatory Authority Page.
Log in with your ID-card, Mobile-ID, or via Smart-ID.
Make sure you are logged in as a private person (check the upper right corner).
Visit website

Choose “Submit an application for permit”.

Choose "Transport".
Press "Private person taxi transport vehicle card".

Make sure two first boxes are checked.
Leave a comment "Soovin taotleda sõidukikaarti".
Enter your phone number and your email.
If you have your Driver Service Card, leave the "Service provider card" box empty.
If you don’t have your Service Provider Card yet, check the box "Teenindajakaardid puuduvad";
Choose the correct company — Bolt Services EE OÜ.
OÜ as the company, you will be allowed to provide service on Bolt platform only.
Press "Next step".

Main service area: Choose county, then local government.
Choose "Next step"

Vehicle details: - Enter the registration number of the vehicle.
Click "Add vehicle"
If you have entered all the details, choose "Submit"

How to pay for the Vehicle Card

After submitting your application, pay the state fee to the correct local government. The local government has 7 business days to process your application.
