CostaCampaign

  1. The organizer of the campaign is Bolt Operations OÜ, Vana-Lõuna 15, 11318, Tallinn, Estonia (hereinafter Organizer);
  2. The Campaign is active from  01.10.2024 - including 14.10.2024
  3. The Campaign takes place in Tallinn, the Republic of Estonia.
  4. Rules applicable to the Campaign are stated herein. Any decision, change, or amendment made to these terms, are final and binding to the participants.
  5. The condition for participating in the Campaign:
    1. A participant has to make an order in the Bolt Market store, select a 1KG Costa Coffee product and add it to their basket. Participant then has to place an order containing the product;
    2. By placing the aforementioned product(s) to the order and completing the order, participant agrees to these terms and thus will be included in the pool of participants;
    3. The number of orders per participant is not limited. Every time a participant completes the order with the campaign product, they will be included in the pool as a separate entry. Multiple products within one order is still considered as one separate entry.
    4. Employees of Bolt group are not eligible to participate in the Campaign;
  7. During the Campaign, the following prizes are given:
    1. 1x (one) Coffee Machine;
  9. The winner of the Campaign will be drawn by using the random number generator on (RANDOM.ORG - True Random Number Service ↗) 16.10.2024. 
    1. A participant is eligible for one prize;
    2. The names and family name initials of the winner of the Campaign shall be announced in a blog post (Global Bolt | Latest News & Stories | Bolt Blog)). Bolt may ask the winners for consent for using their name(s) and visual images for marketing purposes. 
    3. The prize must be claimed within 10 business days. Bolt will contact the winner within 10 business days, using the contact information tied to the Bolt Food account. If the winner cannot be reached within 10 business days, Bolt has a right to redraw the numbers and pick a new winner.
  11. The prize is tied to a person. The prize cannot be transferred to another person.8.1. To claim the prize, the winner has to reply to Bolt’s message in the Bolt Food App via customer support or E-mail linked to the winner’s Bolt Food account.8.2. The prize cannot be exchanged for alternatives or claimed as a cash prize.
  12. Bolt is responsible for any and all statutory taxes associated with the prize(s) of the Campaign.
  13. Bolt reserves the right to change the terms of the campaign, and cancel the Campaign by notifying it immediately on the Bolt Blog.
  14. Should the participant participate in fraudulent activity, or is refused access to Bolt Food Platform in accordance with General Terms to Bolt Food delivery service with the Client, the participant loses the right to participate in this campaign or, if applicable, to claim the prize or use its prize for the intended purpose.
  15. By participating in the Campaign, the participant is deemed to have consented to the processing of their personal data within this Campaign. In processing personal data, Bolt shall comply with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the Privacy Policy of Bolt.

  17. Any complaints regarding the Campaign should be sent to marketing@bolt.eu. Bolt will respond to complaints within 10 working days.
  18. All disputes related to the Campaign will be settled in the Harju County Court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
