If you are travelling with a child that needs a booster seat to be transported, please use the Booster Seat category that is available in the app. All vehicles in the Booster Seat category are equipped with EU compliant child booster seats designed for children ages 3 and up, weighing 15-36 kg. Make sure to contact the driver to find out the exact age, weight, and height limit of the booster seat.
However, if this special category is busy and if you have your own child seat, you can request any other category and bring the child seat with you.
Please note that for safety and road regulation reasons, the driver may cancel the request if no child seat is available. In this case, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
