The fuel card can be used only at the fuel tanker - you cannot pay with the fuel card in the gas station stores. We recommend paying for the fuel first and then fuelling the vehicle.
To pay with the fuel card you will need to use the PIN code. Open the app and tap the Refuel button on the active order screen. Enter the card into the payment terminal, then carefully enter the PIN to confirm the payment.
If the payment is rejected, the PIN code is missing, or you have entered the incorrect PIN and the card is blocked, please take a photo of the fuel card (with the card number visible) and contact our Support team via the app.
