We recommend using the fuel card or the app to pay for fuel. If you paid for fuel out of pocket and need a refund, please save the receipt and reach out to our Support team via the app with the following information:
- A clear photo of the receipt from the gas station
- The reason you did not use the fuel card or app to pay for fuel.
