You may receive orders outside of your selected radius if there are no other available drivers closer to the rider’s pickup location.
Such orders are easily identifiable as a banner will be displayed on top of the screen to highlight that the incoming order is outside of your set radius.
If you decline such order, it will not affect your activity score or your eligibility for specific bonus campaigns.
The radius in the app is measured through the air (according to the direct line on the map). Therefore, due to local infrastructure, the actual driving distance to the rider in km may be longer than your set radius distance.
You can change your preferred radius after you go online by tapping on + or - to either increase or decrease your radius, respectively.
