The courier app will send you a notification when there is a delivery request.
To receive these notifications, please avoid:
- Locking your device
- Putting the app in the background
- Putting your device in something (a bag, pocket, etc.)
If you are not receiving app notifications, please make sure that:
- The device is not on Mute
- The device volume is turned up
- The Do not disturb mode is turned off
- The battery and data saving modes are turned off
- Your device is not connected to a sound port (Aux)
- The app has permission to send sound notifications:
