To be eligible for our platform, your vehicle must meet the following requirements:

• Have the gray card
• Have the green card
• Have the VTC badge (macaron).

For specific categories, additional requirements apply. 

Note: All electric and hybrid vehicles that are 12 years or newer qualify for the Bolt, Comfort, and Van categories. No additional vehicle requirements apply.

Bolt

• Vehicle should not be older than 7 years
• Vehicle should have between 4 and 9 seats
• Vehicle should have at least 4 doors
• Vehicle should have dimensions of 4,50 m x 1,70 m (except for electric and hybrid vehicles, then there are no dimension limits)
• Vehicle should have engine power equal to or higher than 84 kW

Comfort

• Vehicle should not be older than 4 years
• Minimum rating 4.7

Berline

• Minimum rating 4.6
• Vehicle should not be older than 6 years
• Vehicle should have between 4 and 9 seats
• Vehicle should have at least 4 doors
• Vehicle should have engine power equal to or higher than 84 kW
• This category is available in Bordeaux, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Montpellier, Nantes, Nice, Paris, Strasbourg, Toulouse

Note: If you are not eligible for the Premium category, you will continue to receive rides in the basic Bolt category until you meet the Premium category requirements.

Van

• Vehicle should not be older than 6 years
• Vehicle should have from 6 to 9 seats
• Vehicle should have at least 4 doors
• Vehicle should have engine power equal to or higher than 84 kW
• This category is available in Marseille, Nice, Paris

Green

• Interior and exterior photos of vehicles older than 12 years must be provided. These vehicles will be admitted if they are in perfect conditions
• Vehicle should be electric or hybrid
• This option is available in Bordeaux, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Montpellier, Nantes, Nice, Paris, Strasbourg, Toulouse.

XL

• Vehicle should not be older than 7 years
• Vehicle should have between 6 and 9 seats
• Vehicle should have at least 4 doors
• Vehicle should have engine with a power equal to or higher than 84 kW
• This category is available in Bordeaux, Lyon, Montpellier, Strasbourg, Toulouse

Luxury

• Minimum rating 4.8/5
• Vehicle should not be older than 5 years
• Vehicle should have at least 4 doors
• This category is available in Saint-Tropez and Nice Airport only
