In France, Bolt compensates the toll fees for up to a maximum of 30 EUR per ride. Please note the parking fees are not reimbursed.

You have to pay the toll fees yourself during the ride without asking the rider to pay. Before finishing a ride in the app, please request a price review and send a photo of the fee receipt to our Support team. Once the rider is charged a toll fee, the amount will be added to your balance.
