Bolt on the Move is well underway — and we’re happy to share what’s been happening on the road so far.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve had the chance to meet driver partners in Birmingham, Manchester, and London. These in-person events are our way of bringing together drivers who are the core of everything we do.

Your insights from these sessions are already making a difference. Here's a look at what’s currently in motion:

Earnings

  • We’re reviewing surge pricing to better match peak demand.
  • Per-mile rates for longer rides are under review.
  • The cancellation fee logic is being reassessed to reflect the time and effort better.

App improvements

  • Unsafe pickup locations can now be reported.
  •  You can now see the passenger's location in real time.
  • We're improving pickup point accuracy in high-traffic zones.
  • You only need to be online 30 mins before a scheduled ride to keep it, and you can still take on-demand trips until pickup time.
