Order was cancelled

Both driver and passenger can cancel the order before the ride starts. Orders cancelled by the passenger will only affect your Driver Score if you’re not moving to the passenger, moving away from the passenger or taking excessive amount of time to reach the passenger. If the passenger doesn’t show up, it doesn’t affect your Driver Score.

Sometimes, the order may be cancelled automatically due to the failed passenger’s payment method verification. Such cancellations also don’t affect your Driver Score.

If you have to cancel the ride due to the incorrect category being chosen or passenger misconduct, please select the relevant cancellation reason and report the case to our Support team.
