To be eligible to use the Assist category on the Bolt platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Have no commercial branding on your vehicle
- Your vehicle must have 4 doors and a minimum of 4 seats (excluding the driver)
- Vehicle must have a boot large enough to store mobility aids:
- Manual foldable wheelchairs
- Collapsible walking frames
- Foldable mobility scooters
- Be able to assist passengers in boarding the vehicle
- Accommodate certified service animals
- Complete the Bolt driver guidance in the app

- You can either be an owner-driver or use a hired vehicle. Please note that Bolt does not provide vehicles to drivers.
