If your bonus hasn't appeared in your balance, please make sure you've completed all bonus requirements, including:
- Your confirmation rate or accepted orders percentage meets the campaign requirements;
- The bonus campaign period has already ended.
You can check the bonus campaign requirements and track your progress in the Campaigns section under the News tab.
The bonus will be added to your earnings for the following week.
Please note that if the campaign is active in a specific city, only trips that start in that city will be counted.
Referral Bonus Issues
If you haven't received your referral bonus, please make sure that:
- You are enrolled in the referral campaign. To check this, open the app and look for the referral campaign banner on the main page. If the banner is visible, that means you're enrolled.
- The referred Driver is a new Bolt Driver and:
- Does not have a previous registration;
- Is registered in the same city as you;
- Has completed all campaign requirements, including the confirmation rate or accepted orders requirement.
If you've met all the bonus requirements but it still hasn't appeared in your balance, please contact Support and provide a screenshot related to the bonus.
If the bonus has been completed, it may take some time to appear in your balance. Please wait patiently.
