Step 1 – Find a Bolt Partner (a licensed taxi company) If you haven't found a preferred partner yet, use this link to find a list of taxi companies that are active on the Bolt platform and are accepting new driver applications.

Step 2 – Gather the required documents Once you have found your preferred Bolt Partner, the next step is to collect the necessary documents (most of which you likely already have). Don't worry — your Bolt Partner will be happy to help you gather any remaining documents:

• Valid ID card
• Valid driving licence (category B)
• Criminal record extract (available for download via the e-Građani portal)
• Initial qualification for taxi drivers (A list of licensed examination centres is available at this link)
• Taxi driver card (Submit your taxi driver card application via the e-Taxi service on the e-Građani portal)

Type of contractual relationship (a photo or PDF of the document confirming the type of contractual relationship between the driver and the licensed taxi company/sole trader (aggregator)). If it is:

• An employment contract – please attach the EM-1P form. If you have already submitted the application to the HZMO (Croatian Pension Insurance Institute) but have not yet received the EM-1P form, you may temporarily attach proof that the request for the form has been submitted.
• A student contract – please attach the student contract.
• Other types of contractual relationship – Download the statement – for other types of contractual relationship

Step 3 – Driver profile activation

Once you have found a Bolt Partner and gathered all the required documents, the Bolt Partner will create a driver profile registration for you through the Bolt Fleet Owner portal. The submitted registration will be reviewed by Bolt's system as soon as possible.

When your driver profile has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an SMS with a link to set your password, along with instructions on how to use the Bolt Driver app.
