To activate your discount:

  1. Complete the form by providing the requested supporting documents.
  2. After submitting the form, you will receive confirmation of your eligibility from our teams within 10 days.
  3. Once the email confirmation received, the discount will be automatically applied to your next Bolt scooter or e-bike ride (€3 discount cap per trip).
