How do I get paid?
Our payment cycle runs from Monday 00:00 to the following Sunday at 23:59. If you’re due a payout, we'll send it to you on a weekly basis — no need to wait until the end of the month.
How much does a delivery driver earn with Bolt Food?
Your income depends on your performance and the number of deliveries you make. You can also earn more during busy hours, with tips, and by taking part in campaigns.
How can I find out how much I earned?
You can keep track of your earnings inside the Bolt Food Courier app. Just go to the Main menu and tap the ‘All Deliveries’ tab. You’ll find all the details about how much you made, including bonuses and tips.
Will I deliver on a schedule, or can I choose my own hours?
As an independent courier, you choose when you go online and when you end your day. Deliver as much and as often as you want, there's no minimum or maximum number of orders you can or should deliver per day or week.
What are the requirements to sign up for a courier account with Bolt Food?
You must be of legal age, have a valid photo ID, and have a smartphone with a local phone number. Country-specific requirements are listed on the application page.
