This December, giving back is easier than ever!

From 1-14 December 2025, Bolt is partnering with local NGOs to help you donate clothes, books, and household items - for free - using Bolt Send.

How it works

Pack your donation - clothing, books, toys, or small household items in good condition.
Open the Bolt app.
Apply the promo code: BOLTDONATE.
Enter a partner NGO address (see below).
Choose Bolt Send as your ride category.
Tap “Select Bolt Send”.
Hand over the package to the driver.
The driver will deliver it directly to the NGO at no cost.

How to Prepare Your Package

Choose items that are clean, functional, and in good condition.
Avoid donating items that are broken, torn, or unusable.
Place your donation in a secure bag or small box that can be easily handled by the driver.
Clearly label the package “Bolt Donation” to help drivers and NGO staff identify it quickly.
If donating fragile items, add padding inside the box to keep them safe during delivery.

Partner NGOs & Drop-off Locations

Inspire Foundation - Inspire Charity Shop, Triq iz-Zinzell, Marsaskala.

Open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, and weekends from 8am to 2pm.

Accepts clothing, toys, books, and reusable household items.

MSPCA Naxxar Warehouse - 11, Francesca, Triq il-Greċja, Naxxar.

Open Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm.

Accepts men’s clothing.

MSPCA Floriana Shelter - St. Francis Ravelin, Floriana.

Open Monday to Sunday from 7am to 4pm.

Accepts dog food and pet supplies.

Why We’re Doing This

This initiative is part of Bolt’s effort to support local communities and make giving simple and accessible. By offering free Bolt Send rides, we help NGOs receive the items they need - and give you an easy way to make a difference from home.
