Auto Accept automatically accepts orders that match your set preferences — you do not need to respond manually to every request.
How to set up Auto Accept: Open the driver app and go to Driving preferences. Tap Auto Accept to enable it and set your filters by clicking on Set up options:
- Pickup distance
- Price per km
- Payment method
All active filters must be met for an order to be auto-accepted. If no filters are active, all orders are auto-accepted when the feature is on.
Does Auto Accept affect which orders I receive? No. Auto Accept only determines which orders are confirmed automatically — you still receive all orders within the mandatory range for your city.
What happened to my pickup radius setting? Pickup distance is now a preference within Auto Accept. You can set your preferred pickup distance under Driving preferences → Auto Accept. This controls which orders are auto-accepted, not which orders you receive.
What are optional and mandatory orders? Whether an order is optional (you can decline without affecting your acceptance rate) is determined by a city-level threshold — the same for all drivers in your city. Optional orders are shown with an orange boundary on your acceptance screen.
Why am I getting more mandatory orders? The update may result in a small increase in mandatory orders. Orders that were previously optional based on your personal radius may now be mandatory under the city threshold. This affects all drivers in the city equally.
How do I pause or turn off Auto Accept?
- To pause temporarily: Tap the pause icon on the home screen to stop receiving new requests
- To disable: Go to Driving preferences and toggle Auto Accept off
