Bolt balance is one of our alternative in-app payment methods. Any amount added to Bolt balance will be immediately available to pay for Bolt services and the credits won’t expire.
Your available Bolt balance will be automatically applied to your next order. If your remaining Bolt balance doesn’t cover the whole order value, we’ll use another one of your payment methods to cover the rest.
Please note that the Bolt balance can only be used in the currency it was issued in; if you travel to a country that uses a different currency, you won't be able to use your Bolt balance. It is not possible to convert the currency.
You can view and adjust your available Bolt balance from the Payment section in your app.
