Introduction
Stichting Jarige Job (ANBI RSIN: 822136156) (the “Project”) is a registered Dutch charity providing birthday boxes to children in financially constrained households across the Netherlands. Bolt Services NL B.V. is running an in-app campaign to support this Project and to raise awareness of its cause (the “Campaign”).
Definitions
“Bolt App” means the Bolt application enabling you to request and/or receive Transportation Services.
“Bolt”, “we”, “our” or “us” means Bolt Support Services NL B.V. (corporation number 82441308), a company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands, with its registered office in the Overhoeksplein 1, 1031 KS Amsterdam, Netherlands.
“Campaign” means the charitable initiative whereby Bolt donates funds to the Project from its own resources in connection with selected rides booked via the Bolt App.
“Charity Category” means the standard ‘Bolt’ in-app ride category, which is rebranded and presented in the App for the purposes of this Campaign (including visual and descriptive changes).
“Passenger”, “you” or “your” means a person requesting Transportation Services by using the Bolt App.
“Project” means Stichting Jarige Job (RSIN: 822136156).
“Terms” means these terms for the Campaign.
How it works
When you select the Charity Category in the Bolt App and complete a ride, Bolt will donate EUR 0.50 per completed ride to Stichting Jarige Job from its own funds.
No additional fee is charged to you for selecting this category. The price of your ride remains the same as for equivalent rides outside the Campaign.
Users and drivers do not make donations under this Campaign. All donations are made solely by Bolt.
The total amount donated by Bolt is subject to a maximum campaign budget of EUR 3,500 (corresponding to a maximum of 7,000 completed rides). Once this amount is reached, the Campaign may end early.
Donations are not eligible for tax receipts.
Duration
The Campaign will be available in the Netherlands on April 27, 2026 (King’s Day), starting at 9:00 AM, and will run until the earlier of (i) the end of the promotional period as indicated in the Bolt App, or (ii) the moment the maximum total donation amount of EUR 3,500 is reached, subject to availability and operational considerations.
Additional Terms and Conditions
All other aspects of our relationship shall be governed by the Bolt General Terms and Conditions for Passengers (the “General Terms”), available in the Bolt App.
In case of any inconsistency between these Terms and the General Terms, the General Terms shall prevail.
Bolt’s Privacy Notice applies to you for the purpose of this Campaign.
Changes to Campaign and/or Terms
Bolt may terminate this Campaign at its sole discretion at any time.
Bolt may amend these Terms at any time. Any new or amended Terms will apply to future participation in the Campaign.
Limitation of Liability
Bolt’s liability is limited as set out in the General Terms.
Bolt is not responsible for the activities, operations, or use of funds by Stichting Jarige Job.
All donations are made directly by Bolt to the Project. The Bolt App only enables visibility and selection of the Charity Category.
You agree to hold Bolt harmless from any claims arising out of or related to the Project, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
