Taxi License
In order to obtain a license for the carriage of passengers in Poland you will need the following documents:

A driving license in the appropriate category (B).

A certificate of criminal record

A medical and psychological report from a doctor stating that you are healthy.

The taxi license is valid for 15 - 50 years depending on the local regulations and can easily be renewed after expiry.
