Document Requirements
Register with an active email and reachable cell phone number
Capture clear images of all required documents before starting.
Immediately after submitting your application, go to one of our Bolt Service Points to personally verify your documents: ID card, driving license, criminal record certificate (not older than a month).
Remember to keep your service point visit confirmation as proof.
Minimum Requirements

A clear picture of yourself: selfie (not document photo), color photo, no sunglasses or head cover
Driving License
Submit clear photos of both the front and back of your document. Make sure all details are fully visible.
Criminal Record Certificate
A criminal record certificate (zaświadczenie o niekaralności) is an official document which confirms that you have not committed a crime in the past and you do not have a criminal record in Poland. The document can’t be older than 30 days at the time of visit at Driver’s Service Point.
ID card/ Passport
Every Polish citizen aged 18 or older living permanently in Poland is required to hold an identity card (dowód osobisty), issued by their local municipal office. Foreigners residing in Poland must prove their identity using a valid passport or residence permit.
Taxi ID
Depending on the city where you want to drive, taxi driver might have to get a taxi ID. Each driver has their own unique ID. Please note that the design of this ID looks different in every city. The picture shows an example from Gdańsk.
