We are sorry to hear that the final price was different from what you expected! The final price will increase if you change the final destination mid-trip.
Please note that if you had negative Bolt Balance due to a previous failed payment, you were charged for it together with the trip price. This means the trip price was not higher, but the amount of the failed payment was added to it.
If Bolt Balance debt was added to your trip price, you can view it in the Payments section by clicking See transactions.
