You can request a reimbursement if a passenger leaves a mess that requires professional cleaning.
What are the rules for reimbursement?
- Submit your request within 3 days of the trip
- Cleaning must be done within 1 business day
- Include at least 2 clear photos of:
- Close-up of the mess
- Wider shot of the vehicle
- Provide a receipt for the cleaning service
- VAT invoice with the provider’s NIP is also acceptable
Note: Small messes such as dirt, dust, sand, or small debris don't qualify for a cleaning reimbursement.
What information should the receipt include?
- Cleaning provider’s name and contact info
- Date and time of the service
- Details of the cleaning performed
- Total cost of the service
