Vehicle categories
Bolt Standard category, available in all cities where Bolt operates.
Send A category that allows riders to use Bolt to send a parcel. Accepting an order in this category means picking up and delivering the parcel according to the in-app instructions.
Comfort A category for vehicles with extra legroom and luggage space.
Comfort Electric A category for fully electric vehicles with extra legroom and luggage space.
Green A category available exclusively for hybrid or electric vehicles.
Premium A category for spacious vehicles with high-end features and superior comfort for riders.
Pet A category for riders who want or need to travel with their pet. By accepting rides in this category, you agree to transport riders accompanied by their pets.
Women for Women A category exclusively for women driving with Bolt. It was created to offer enhanced comfort and safety for both women driver partners and women riders who choose to travel with Bolt.
Assist A category that supports people with reduced mobility who need assistance from a driver partner. Under Law No. 136/2024, people with reduced mobility have the legal right to access all available forms of transport, including ride-hailing services, and to receive the necessary assistance whenever they use these services. Available in all cities where Bolt operates.
Economy A category for riders looking for affordable rides.
XL A category for vehicles that can carry up to 6 passengers.
