Fleet managers
If you want to develop your activity, you have the possibility to register more drivers within your fleet.
You can add new drivers directly from the Bolt fleet portal, Drivers section.
Make sure that the drivers you want to register within your fleet have all 10 available documents.
- Certificate for transporting people for hire.
- Identity card (bulletin or other identity document, as appropriate - e.g. passport, temporary residence document).
- Driving license.
- Car registration certificate (Car registration document).
- Certified copy related to your fleet.
- Bolt badge.
- RCA insurance.
- Passenger and luggage insurance.
- Criminal record.
- Profile picture.
The Bolt fleet portal is the dedicated space where you have access to everything you need to manage your fleet's activity.
- Drivers Section - Access the main performance indicators of your partner drivers, as well as details about each active partner driver in your fleet.
- Vehicles Section - View all information about the active vehicles in your fleet. You can add new vehicles, track the validity of documents and their status.
- Reports Section - View your fleet's earnings in detail. You have access to the main performance indicators and earnings at both the fleet and partner driver level.
- Invoices Section - Identify and have all the invoices for payments made in one place.
- Documents Section - View all documents for your drivers and active vehicles that are about to expire and require renewal.
- Live Map Section - View the live activity of partner drivers within your fleet.
Active partner drivers
You can always renew your documents or check their expiration date by accessing the Help - Driver Documents Update section. In this section you can view the name of the document, the date it is about to expire and you have the option to upload a new document when necessary.
Always make sure that you have documents within the validity period and monitor whether they require immediate or immediate updating. Remember that expired documents will result in your account being blocked until you upload the updated version.
Your driver account can be suspended temporarily or permanently for various reasons.
If your driver account is suspended:
- You will no longer be able to use the app.
- You will be notified of the reason for the suspension, along with any necessary actions, and the end date of any temporary suspensions.
You will need to follow the instructions based on the situation for which your account was suspended. If actions are specified regarding account suspension, follow the instructions provided. For example, if your account is blocked due to invalid or expired documents, upload valid documents.

Bolt bonding program
Enrollment in the sticker program is based on the license plate number by filling out this form. Please carefully follow all instructions provided in the form to ensure that the registration will be successful. Attention! self-made stickers are not accepted in the program!
The current eligibility criteria for the sticker program are:
- Year of manufacture: cars manufactured at least 2017 are accepted;
- Design: The car must not have plastic trim on the exterior doors;
- Appearance: The car must be in a very neat condition;
- Brand: Dacia cars manufactured before 2021 are not eligible for the sticker program, regardless of model.
- Model: Certain models (e.g. Dacia Spring, VW E-UP, Skoda Citigo) are not eligible for stickering, given our criteria regarding size and comfort.
After registration, the request will be reviewed by a specialist. If the registered vehicle is accepted into the program, you will be contacted to set the date and time of stickering.
Expect to be contacted by phone by one of our collaborators. The duration may vary depending on the partner's volumes, so the waiting time can last up to 30 business days in exceptional cases.
The payment of the sticker bonus is made every month, in the first 10 days of the month based on the verification form that we send by email and that you must fill out correctly. If the verification of the photos you uploaded is successful, you will be informed by email, notification and in-app message about the confirmation of the bonus payment at the beginning of the month.
Vehicle
Access the driver portal, Vehicles section and click the "Add new vehicle" button. Then fill in the details of the vehicle you want to register on the platform and add the 5 documents that correspond to it:
- Certified copy.
- Bolt badge.
- Passenger and luggage insurance.
- Third party liability insurance.
- Car registration document.
All vehicles that are active in your driver partner account must contain the 5 mandatory documents:
- Certified copy.
- Bolt badge.
- Passenger and luggage insurance.
- Third party liability insurance.
- Vehicle registration document.
If you currently have vehicles active in your account but do not have the documents specified above in their profile, access the Driver Portal, Vehicles section and select the vehicle for which you want to upload the documents. Then, upload each document separately and mention the expiration date.
