Fleet Owner Registration Guide

A Bolt partner fleet is a company (PFA, SRL, Individual or Family Enterprise) that can have one or more drivers. You can register as a partner fleet even if you’re the only driver, or you can add more drivers later. You can also be an entrepreneur and manage a fleet without driving yourself.

To register as a partner fleet with your own PFA or SRL, you need an alternative transport authorization.

To register as a partner fleet, you’ll need the following documents:

After you have set up your company (CAEN code 4939 authorized to third parties), you must obtain an intra-community VAT code. This code is necessary to be able to provide services to the digital platform with which you will collaborate, which is a legal entity in the intra-community (EU) space. Even if you choose not to pay VAT for your company, you will still need this document so that when you start your activity, payments can be made to you.

This is one of the most important documents and you will need it to obtain the alternative transport authorization. To obtain the authorization, it is necessary to have the attestation certificate for passenger transport for hire for at least one driver in the fleet. Without this attestation, ARR will not issue the alternative transport authorization.

The authorization for alternative transport issued by the ARR territorial agency of the city in which you wish to carry out your activity. This authorization is obtained by the company and shows that you carry out this activity legally.

Bank statement from your bank, related to the fleet account, where you want the amounts earned weekly on the Bolt platform to be delivered.
