You can pay your negative balance using a card directly in the Bolt Courier app.
How to pay
- Go to Earnings or All Deliveries in the app
- Tap Pay debt
- Select Add a card
- Enter your card details
- Select your card
- Tap Pay [amount][currency]
- Wait for the payment to complete
You can also access the payment screen from Past orders: Previous deliveries.
If the payment fails
Check the error message shown in the app and try again with a different card.
How to delete a card
You can delete a saved card when you have a negative balance and your account is active.
- Open the Bolt Courier app
- Go to Earnings: Balances
- Select the card you want to delete
- Tap Edit
- Tap the removal icon next to the card
- Confirm the deletion
Refunds
If you paid more than your debt or need a refund for another reason, please contact us with the payment date and amount.
