Unfortunately, yes. Since the fleet will collect your personal information and provide training before you start earning, and “Fleet Contract” and “MPT Proof” documents are only provided at the fleet’s office.

It depends on each fleet’s operation policy, you can see more information in the Stay Covered section or contact the fleet for more detailed information about the insurance.

Yes! We have several other incentive programs to help maximize your earnings! Please check out the Incentive Programs section for more information!

Drivers will get paid on a weekly basis. If you encounter any payment issues or delays, please contact your fleet.

The general criteria for each document is that it should:

  • Match the information with other documents
  • Be the original documents, not screenshot or snapshot
  • Be clear and no blurry fields

If the rider cancels the trip 3 minutes after the offer is accepted, you will be compensated with a $40 NTD cancellation fee. Please note this is before the “dispatch service fee” is charged.

Based on “meter fare”, and after the trip, enter the final fare manually into the App.

Yes, absolutely! You can choose your trip source freely, whether it is via Bolt App or street-hail.

Both cash and credit card will be accepted.

It is not required. However, each fleet may have different insurance requirements. Please contact the fleets for more detailed information.

No, your earnings will not be affected. In situations like this, enter the final fare manually into the App and it should calculate the “actual charge”. Collect the “actual charge” from your passenger, and the fleet will compensate for the difference in the weekly payout.
